Alliance Manager
Central Europe
Reporting to the Vice President, Global Partners, Sandvine is searching for an Alliance Manager based in Central Europe or Germany.
You will work closely with the sales team in managing channel sales in the region. This will include working with current channel partners and recruiting of appropriate new channel partners in the region.
Specific responsibilities will include:
- Developing and maintaining key relationships with global and local channels.
- Handling channel sales via local and global channels. Training and channel management of Sandvine partners.
- Coordinating all aspects of channel development closely with Sandvine direct Sales Force.
- Aligning channel management efforts with the company’s overall strategy and marketing plan.
- Remaining abreast of competitor distribution strategies and recommending approaches to ensure effective competitive positioning.
If you have what it takes to work in a diverse, dynamic environment, we want to talk to you right away!
- 5-10 years of sales/channel experience with demonstrated success. A track record of selling new products/services, via local and global channel partners, to emerging markets in the broadband industry. Ideally this success should have come while working in a start-up environment against established leaders such as Cisco, Nortel, Alcatel-Lucent, etc.
- Demonstrated ability to aggressively grow revenue via a tier one channel in a fast paced, dynamic organization.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to produce high volume and high quality results working independently, with limited support infrastructure. Prior experience in the establishment of a remote Sales site is desired.
- A strategic thinker with an extensive network of established relationships within the broadband and mobile industry.
- Ability to travel (50%.)
